In some Facebook groups, there may be hackers who send bot traffic to your website, which can trigger a red signal to Adsense. This may prompt an email from Adsense asking you to disable your account. Unfortunately, in some cases, Google may not send a warning to your account.

You are not allowed to create a separate Adsense account for every website. Google will easily track your account by Payee and bank details. As a result, you can lose your all account.
If you want to prevent your Adsense account from this activity, so make only one account and add your all websites to the account. However, if you face any issues or not receiving the payments, you can move to another account.
10. Don’t Place too many Ads
Users are visiting your website to see the content, not your ads. You should prevent your Adsense account from placing too many ads on posts and articles. Visitors hate Ads so keep in mind that you should use few ads on single posts and pages.
If you will over-optimize your content with too many ads then the user will close your website instantly. This can affect your search engine rankings and Ad limitations on your Adsense account.
Also, Don’t stuff too many keywords in your blog posts to get more page views from search engines. Keyword stuffing is a black hat SEO technique that is a red signal for search engines.
So If you want to save your Adsense account, then don’t overoptimize your article with many ads and keyword-stuffings.
